I read that you have to pay for the child’s version monthly? I can’t find much about it. On Samsung’s page it says free for 3 months, whatdoes it cost after?
I read that after the 3 month trial it is 20$ a month? That is expensive.

Mine got cancelled after so much follow up mails – and even that took a month & half . Horrible service
My order was never fulfilled. I called them & they said the order was cancelled because the deal was a glitch. I was disappointed because it was to be an Xmas gift.
DO NOT BUY THESE. the screen is small, ugly cheap blurry LCD (like a 12 years old tv screen) that not good for baby eyes. No front camera. Slow. You do not want your kids to play on very nasty lowest screen quality. I bought 2 and had to return due to how bad quality of the lcd. Nasty Samsung doesn’t want to refund me. Freaking pain thr the @$$ to request a refund. I dispute thru my credit. So sick of dealing eith time. If you have time for calls calls and many calls for your money back order. I learned my lesson.
Lucy when did you buy these? I did the buy one get one free deal when this was last posted and haven’t had the chance to check them out because I have been waiting to gift 1 to my son for his birthday. They had good reviews online, that’s why I bought them. Ugh, I’m kind of feeling a little buyers remorse especially after it took me over a month to receive them.
I bought this from BestBuy for my daughter’s Christmas present in 2017. I think this is a decent tablet & very good size for child’s hands. We haven’t had any problems with it & screen is very clear. You can buy a screen protector off Amazon for $8 that has very good reviews & works great!! (just search Samsung galaxy screen protector).
I got the offer Samsung had during their “12 days of Christmas” bought one and one free both for $89 and that was on 12/3/17..got order confirmation that day and then never heard….comes dic 20th im worried had forgotten about the tablets that were Christmas gifts for my nephews so I contact Samsung because I never heard from them after the first email. Found out they were on backorder! lol their service is horrible that I must say. I did not cancel the order because I figured his birthday was also January 5th and could use it then….Did not get them either…got then a week after and gave it to them but not sure how are they if they were worth the wait or not…should find out this weekend. I mean they put a 12 days of Christmas then the items are not in stock, they don’t even notify..of course they did get my bad review on their website 🙂
