I got this deal about a year ago and while the print quality is awesome. The screen that lets you pick options ie: scanning went dead about a month ago so I can no longer scan or copy because I can’t choose options. Still waiting for Dell to contact me for a fix…
Cant u just use the software instead of the physical buttons on the machine?

I have this too. If you initiate scanning from the dell software on your computer you can still scan.
I just love this Dell as it is so easy to use and works great. I got it the last time you posted this and I order refill ink and refill and it only cost me about 35.00 on Ebay for the ink to refill them with. I am going to order another one today as a backup as it will be my birthday present as today is my birthday. Thanks so much for posting this as it made my day.

FYI: out of the 490 reviews on Amazon for this exact printer 21% are 1 star reviews complaining about constant hardware issues and lack of or very slow response from Dell. Also-its selling for $130-135 all over the web, not $330.
I’ve had this for a couple years. Worth the “sale” price if you need a fax. Mine gets heavy use from my job and no complaints.
Can you print on card stock and labels on this printer? I’m looking for a laser printer that will print color on different types of paper.
