When I entered the code it applied, however during final review of my purchase it took off the coupon, then I re-applied and it said it didn’t qualify. It happened a couple of times so I spoke with customer service via online chat and they gave me bookmark credit.

I tried to do this and had the same outcome. Some of the stores in my area had same day pickup and some did only had ship to store. The one closest to me did not and at checkout, my discount disappeared. When I switched it to a store that did offer same day pickup, I saw the discount reflected again. Hope that helps!

My code was applied but my local store wasn’t available for same day pick up. I chose to have it shipped but then the promo wouldn’t apply. I chose another store that offered same day pick up but the promo code did not apply. Trying to figure it out now.

How do you do the online chat
Just scroll to the bottom of the Walgreens site and click Contact Us. On the next page you should see the online chat button on the right side.

For everyone having trouble getting the coupon to apply. It seems like it only works if you choose a location with same day pick up or if you have it shipped. That’s how I got it to work.

That’s exactly what I did and was able to get this deal. I’m super happy; i was in need of bookmarks and had no idea Walgreens made these. 🙂
I found that the code did not work on ship to store, but only on the stores that already had the same day pick up. I had to choose another store other than the one I frequent, but it’s on my way doing my shopping rounds.
Just picked up mine, I am really surprised how awesome they turned out!

I just tried ordering the bookmarks and had the same issue with the code not working. The wait time for a live chat agent was 44 minutes!!! I went ahead and placed the order and will contact them tomorrow. If they won’t give me a credit, NBD…the 4 photo bookmarks are worth $2.15 to me. 🙂
I was waiting for live chat…it said I was #14 with a 32 min wait time then suddenly it went off and said chat not avaliable. Now the option for chat is not even there anymore. Darn.
