Darn! Have you tried switching back and forth from the ‘Shipping’ option and the ‘Store Pickup’ option a couple of times for the discount to apply? Hoping that might help!

I bought Coco last night blu ray/DVD for $23 and just left Target and got my $4 refund cause its on sale today for $19.
