Yes it is – I bought it last week with no problems at Target

Stupid thing won’t let me get the coupon! It says my phone number is “not supported”. what is that supposed to mean? My cell is the only phone I have. Am I supposed to give them a landline or something? And when I click to try to install the stupid app instead, it fails and won’t download. I really have those coupons, I have never been able to get anything from coupons.com to work.
