I tried to buy a couple of clearance shoes for my little girl and they didn’t deduct an extra 50% 🙁

So I live in a pretty major metropolitan area. I have three large malls within 10 minutes of my house all of which have a JCPenney’s. I searched for toddlers girls clothes on clearance, between all three malls they were only two items available for same-day store pickup. Penny’s needs to get with the program.
