Question… I got a $20 rewards card with one order i placed but then the prefer I placed a week after that, I didn’t get it. Is there a limit to how many you can get? Both orders were about $100.

Hi Bethany! It says limit one $20 off $40 reward card per customer per transaction so it sounds like you should have another one. I would call customer service and ask about it.

Hi! I just talked to online chat. They are having tech problems. They can honor the $30 bra price now, if you contact them on chat.
The chat said no one was available for 30 minutes. Finally chatted with someone, who could not help me and said I had to call the 800# or disconnect the chat to speak to someone else. Tried the chat again and it is again directing to the 800#.
I actually had to speak to 2 reps because I made a mistake on my first order. The second time I had to go back and forth a few times before I got thru to someone. She said I would receive an email in an hr regarding price corrected on the bra. Both of the reps were able to help me with the price! Try again and chat with someone else.
