Be warned that although the colors are beautiful, this polish chips really fast.
Oh darn! Sorry to hear this polish can chip easily! Thanks a bunch for sharing your experience Nikki! I’m wondering if a base coat or top coat would help?
I use both a bottom and top coat religiously and it didn’t help.
Bummer! Thanks for the update Nikki!
Is this deal starting today? When does it end?
Hi Emily! It looks like this deal runs through April 14th. I just updated the post.
It does chip really easily like someone else said, but if you do a good topcoat itβll last me 2-3 days
Great tip! Thanks for sharing Srae!
I bought two today, during lunch, for some reason one did not ring up $2.50 therefore, I did not receive my $3ECB. I was doing two transactions, the cashier was gracious enough to give me $3 off on my second transaction where I bought 2 Irish Spring, used my $2 CVS coupon, 2 MQ $1 off and the $3 off, I was able to pay .98. I am stocking up on the nail polish to make manicure baskets for teacher appreciation! Thank you hip2save team!!
That is a super cute teacher gift! You’re SO welcome!
I LOVE this idea!!! What saying will you use for the basket? Something like, βYour work your fingers to the bone, enjoy this treat in a kid free zone?β Or something clever? What a perfect year end gift!!
I use this as a pedicure polish and never have a problem with chipping. Great selection of colors!
Me too. The purple and turquoise worked pretty decent on my feet.
The colored ones stain your nails like crazy π
I’ve had that issue too with this brand. I had blue nails for days after I removed it.
Part of this line is a cuticle oil with a dropper. A good alternative to colors and good for the manicure baskets!
I’ve used these on both my hands and toes and they lasted about a week on my hands before chipping. About the same as other cheap polishes. They don’t stain for me, I have a peach and pink on right now that I bought last week when they were offering the $4 extra bucks. I spent around $7 with tax last week and earned $9 back π π .
I just tried this last week at a friends and I loved it! I used the Sally Hansen hard as nails as a base coat, then just 1 coat of the Staying Up Slate shade, then Seche Vite top coat. It still looks good after a week, I was quite impressed with these and I do dishes and wash my hands a ton, so I was surprised, it looked better and lasted longer than more expensive brands! It may be just that shade, but I hope the whole line is this good, I want to pick some of this up, thanks for the deal offer!
