This mixer is great. It has a super low first speed so food does not fly out of the bowl. Any cheap hand mixer I owned started out super fast and made a mess.

I used to agree with Casey above. My mom gave me her old hand mixer as a teen and i never saw the need to get a new one. Bought a kitchenaid one last year on a good deal like this and was Shocked at the difference. Nothing flies out and so much faster. Totally worth it.

Have one of these hand mixers and use it a couple times a week, for mash potatoes and things like that. It’s 5 years old and still works like new. It’s my favorite color also which is a plus Lol 😉
