We got this box last time and had a hard time returning what we didn’t like. Customer service (in store) said it’s a package and all items need to be returned.
Their own website says you can return what you don’t want for store credit. Maybe they need to be educated better about this particular service.

I thought the box was worth the money. I did have to return one outfit as it was long sleeve and thicker and we are in Florida and it’s already hot.
They did make it a little bit difficult to return. It does have a separate tag so it’s easy in that way to return just one piece and not the whole box but they couldn’t scan anything on the packing slip to return it. I had to return it as an item without a receipt using my drivers license and i won’t be able to keep doing that.
They track your returns. I think the limit is $75/yr, but the amount changed…
We got this box last time and LOVED it! It was so cute! I’m excited to see what is in it this time!
Question: is this a box like Dia & Co. where you have to pay for anything you keep? Or does the $40 cover all items sent?

The $40 covers all items. It’s expected that you keep all items, which is why I’m assuming they’ve made it a bit difficult to return piece-by-piece as some posters have mentioned.
Are they different for each person. My box doesn’t look like what’s pictured.
