Hi
I got 40% coupon from CVS. Can I use that using the same scenario (buy 3) & still get the $5 extra buck?
Thanks.
Hi Susan! Generally they cannot be used on promotions like this one. Here is what I find listed in the CVS coupon policy – “CVS Pharmacy coupons generally cannot be used on sale, promotional or clearance items. Other restrictions may apply.” Hope that helps!
Yes, % will apply to any regular priced items, even though they produce an EB reward. However, there was a recent change to how the % off is calculated. It is now calculated after any and all manuf q’s, store q’s & ebs. So if you’re only using 3 manuf q’s, 40% applies towards $8.97. If you plan on using a $5 eb reward to roll, then % is calculated off $3.97.
(I think the policy Amber is referring to with promotional items, is when they offer a free product wyb something, like Get a Free First Aid bag wyb 3 First Aid Items. Even though the First Aid items might be reg price, since you’re getting a free bag, the % will not work since all 4 items are grouped as a promotion)
