You will have to pay for return shipping.
If you pay with paypal, once registered, paypal will reimburse return shipping up to a certain amount. Hip2Save posted about this a while back. You might want to look it up on the details.
Once I returned it to the store.
I just got an email my order was cancelled, 3 pairs of all different types of shoes. No explanations. How are all three unavailable?? This makes me upset.
My order was also cancelled. I just called and they said that there was an error in their system and all the orders yesterday were cancelled (?). The good thing is that they let me place the order again over the phone for the same price.

My order had been cancelled too. I thought it was a glitch with my payment method through Paypal, so I tried again right after the cancellation email (when the sale was still going on) and the 2nd order hasn’t been cancelled yet. I did get an “Oops, we cancelled your order inadvertently” email regarding my first order and in that email was a 50% off a single item code. Still doesn’t make up for the cancellation. It would have been better had they just offered to reinstate the cancelled orders (with the sale prices).
