Any ideas if prime day will have a better deal on IP than this?
in 2016 they had the 6 qt 7-in-1 for $70 and I got it then, b/c that price is a steal for the IP. This has cake and egg functions but mine doesn’t…however they’re absolutely not necessary for me lol so it doesn’t matter. I’d say wait and see cuz it goes on sale at least twice a year.
Any 8 qt deals ? 😆 I’ve been waiting for one forever. I just think this would be to small for my 7 person family 😢
I got 8qt for $99 just a couple weeks ago. They came out with new version of IP so there will be more sales! Hang on tight
Yay!! Just ordered it, thank you!! I was kicking myself for not buying it black friday last year and have been dying for a deal on it.
You’re welcome! Awesome you could grab it today!
I got mine last year at Kohl’s for about $50 with all the deals on it. If you can wait a little longer, you can do significantly better. I have really enjoyed mine. I got the 6qt 7-in-1 and it is awesome. I don’t foresee making a lot of cakes and my kids are teenagers so no need for sterilizing bottles.
I’ve bought 5 different Instant pot 6qt duo or duo plus models for personal use and gifts. This amazon special is for the duo plus which is the updated version of the duo. It is a good deal at $89.99. Black Friday I paid $79.99 for this same model at Williams Sonoma and have only seen it go down to $99 since black Friday. With that said you can get the 6qt duo for $60-70 depending on the special. To get more information about the difference between the duo and duo plus you can compare on the instant pot page. My take is they both do exactly the same thing, but the duo plus has different pre-programmed buttons and an updated display. The majority of cooking I do I use the manual pressure cook button so the program buttons didn’t make a huge difference to me. I like the updated display on the duo plus, but it doesn’t have a burn indicator like the duo does. I am very happy with the duo plus and if this is the model for you I think it is a good deal.
