I don’t know…anything over $1.00 sounds way to high for bread after going to the Day Old Bread place. I get cobblestone bagels, rolls, and these AMAZING breadsticks (no brand listed) for 1.00 on the 1.00 rack. I’m completely hooked! Pair the $1.00 hoggie rolls with 2.49 banquet meatballs from savealot and you have got a meal for under $6 for a family of (adding a bag of chips and $1.00 set of snack cakes!). Not the healthiest meal, but you can sub snackcakes for bananas or apples slices. When school starts this cheapo momma want EASY PEASY LEMON SQUEEZY on the CHEAP CHEAP!

the company that bakes cobblestone also delivers breadsticks to olive garden. so maybe they are day old olive garden.

That makes sense now. They were so good, I put some in my freezer in case I couldn’t find them again. Thanks!

I just happened to run across this yesterday at Target, ours was $2.49, still a good price for bread when I didn’t want to make a trip somewhere else to get it.
