First world problems, I know, but this app has been progressively harder and harder to use lately. For weeks I had issues opening posts and now since the newest update the format is so much less user friendly. It’s harder to scroll through and there are so many ads. Plus I still have trouble opening anything because now I get constant pop ups. I’ve been using this app religiously for 4 years now, but I’m about ready to give up and move on. 🙁
Hey there Elaine! We are so sorry for the huge inconvenience. The app that we launched has had more issues then we thought possible and we are using our mobile platform until we can get it fixed. These issues sadly aren’t quick fixes and are taking weeks to get resolved. We apologize greatly and are also very frustrated and upset about the issues too.

I totally agree App is horrible and I don’t want to messup my phone with viruses.So yesterday I uninstalled the App and downloadrd ABP ad blocker for my Samsung internet explorer and bookmarked Hip2save website its 2 clicks more to do but its much better and fast working .Extremely easy to see all deals without loading issues.
I have been having the same problems…I hope it gets fixed quickly – haven’t been able to use it as often as I like. The app has been SO SLOW and non-responsive at times.

Agree to all of the complains above. Please make a post when the app is fixed and I would definitely reinstall it. Right now I don’t get far before a google ad pops up and I can’t get out of it.
