Are the products any good? Quality
I would compare it to covergirl makeup. I like their eyeliners and some of the ulta lipstains. But the eyeshadows can be hit or miss.
I personally am not a fan of the Ulta brand makeup. I love shopping at Ulta but every makeup I’ve tried of Ultas own brand the makeup has make me breakout or given me rashes. Just a personal opinion, at least they have a good refund policy if you end up not caring for their products.
