Yes it is a true website, I bought chairs from them for my parents. They took forever to deliver and lost my order, it was bogus. But they eventually got delivered. Maybe mine was an isolated incident, but I haven’t ordered from them since. The chairs were cheap and great quality.
Be careful getting a refurbished one. I’ve had nothing but problems with mine. I don’t even attempt to use it anymore. I should have just spent the money on a new one. Beware.
I have bought all my Dyson products refurbished and never had any issues at all. A lot of times if you do have a problem you can call the company purchased from and they will try to make it right. I would highly recommend a refurbished product, a lot cheaper!
