I always have issues earning ECB when buying deals online. The order confirmation email says the bucks will be available a few days after I receive my shipment, but I never see it. I visit the red box every day and scan my card but nothing appears. I have to email customer service each time to get it added manually. Thank goodness the email explains what I should have received on the bottom, so I just forward that to customer service. I tried getting it taken care of in store, but the manager always says he can’t help me.

Question: I did a deal last week, similar concept. I used EB available in my account to pay partial for the product and paid with credit card for the remaining balance. Unfortunately, the item was out of stock. They canceled my order. My credit card was never charged, but my EB was never re-issued either. Has anyone experienced the similar situation? Did you have to call the csv? Please advise. Thanks in advance!

Part of my order was cancelled and I used ecb and little oop I called them and gave order number and they issued me new ecb it was availayin my account in 10 mins. make sure u send it to card the same day and mine had same day expiration if I dont send it to card

You have to call CS and they will re-issue the ebs if your order is cancelled.
