I’m having trouble printing the deals with the new set up. I click the deals that I want. I verify that I want to print and when it shows the preview page, its blank. Tried several times. Anyone else having trouble?

I had the same problem last week. Used Chrome and tried 3 times. Ended up just writing them out.

i cant print
i still can not print after the new set up… i try all the time also and same .. blank page. i had write what i want now. kind of a pain. i changed nothing so it is something on your end.. i love hip 2 save but this is not good…..

I haven’t been able to print the past 2 weeks either. Once I select the deals and hit print, the new page opens with just those deals but only blank pages actually open when you select the printer. My work-around, using a desktop computer, is to copy and paste into a word document.
I have not been able to print for the past two weeks also.

Well, in general to Get the cash card deal- you have to spend 98% (or more) of the $30 requirement, so that would mean that spending $29.40+ will trigger the Cash Card deal. I don’t know if it will work- if the register uses the original price of $39.99, then that’s clearly over 30 so you’ll trigger the $10 Cash card. If the register uses the price after your 30% discount subtracts off, then that will be a price of $27.99, and that won’t be high enough. Be aware that the register now calculates the “30% off” using your transaction total after all coupons and ECBs, which sucks. So if you pay with ECBs, then the percent-off is useless now, unfortunately. You could always try your purchase, and if it doesn’t work for the Cash Card, just return it. (But be aware that apparently CVS now tracks returns using that “Retail Equation” return tracking company)

Ok, so here’s my update: I went to my regular location and one of the friendlier cashiers was working. She wasn’t sure the answer to my question either so we tried it out. The 30% off coupon worked just fine but it did not trigger the cash card. We were both curious if I just needed to spend a couple more dollars to trigger it but nothing appeared at the bottom of the receipt like it normally would to show what deals you’ve spent money towards and how much more you need to spend to get your reward. So, I think Mel below is correct about Santa not being included in the cash card deal. I am still happy to be able to “adopt” this size Santa for $27.99! (I live in Florida and I got the beach Santa which fits perfectly with my theme this year.)
I don’t think the 34″ Santa is included in the cash card deal. It says it Excludes Red Hot Deals, and that Santa is in the box with other sizes that says Red Hot Deals (and there’s no cash card symbol). Also, so since there’s a price shown in the ad (even though it’s reg priced), the 30% most likely won’t work anyway.
So what is the deal on the printing issue?????? I too have not been able to print for several weeks. frustrating!
