Bought a pack for each of my family members for Christmas. We all use and love dryer balls. (And I seriously dislike fabric softener of any sort. It actually makes me cough and wheeze when other people use it and come close to me. They have no idea.)
For anyone on the fence about these- they are amazing! If you’re still using dryer sheets- read up on dryer sheets and get rid of them 🙂 I put a couple drops of essential oils on these and our clothes smell amazing!!!!!
I have been using these (yes this specific brand) for over 2 years and they work great. When I have a load of laundry with polyester fabrics I only need to add half a dryer sheet to reduce static.
I bought these same dryer balls a couple years ago, and they have really held up. This is a great price!
I love the idea of using essential oils on them! I’m thinking lavender for my sheets. Does anyone have recommendations for a favorite scent with clothing? Thanks!!
I use tea tree oil for freshening in the wash, lavender for scent in the dryer. Have also tried lemongrass in the dryer, and I love it for summer!
I love these. I use DoTerra brand oils…Purify and Wild Orange are my favorite. Lemon and Lavender smell great too.
I would like to try these. Is this the best price or brand? TIA!
Yes! My Mom love them she ask for more for Christmas
I got a set at Walmart. Only 2 for 4.98 or so. Haven’t used them yet. This is a much better deal.
I bought these a few months ago and have not been impressed. I bought them to replace ones I had from Young Living. These leave my clothes with high amounts of static. Even the wool ball itself has the wool sticking straight up with static!
That’s been my experience too! I thought It was just me, after all the good reviews I was expecting more.
Could be possible that you are over drying your clothes which is causing the static. I have noticed with my clothes if I cut off about ten minutes or so of drying time I don’t have static, just softness. I love my dryer balls. Have been using them a few years now.
So excited to try these
How many balls do you usually add to a full dryer load?
