And from what I’ve read, they’ve started making sure all their drivers get the tip % noted on the website.
I just ordered mine and 2.00 was collected automatically for tip. Do I still tip the driver when he gets here?

In my area (Northern Virginia), “The Cheesecake Factory isn’t available for delivery until 12/5 12:15 PM.” I hope some of those 40,000 slices are still available…
You can still order at 1130… they just wont deliver it before 1215

Just choose diff time for delivery. That way you can order free but deliver later

FYI – the 40,000 slices are spread out amoung the 4 time zones, so 10,000/zone, and won’t go live until 11:30 a.m. local time. So if you are getting an error message that your store is not participating, it may not be live in your time zone yet. Enjoy!!

It says promotion is not valid at my store (outside of Boston).
They are out already. All 40.000 pieces of Cheesecake were claimed and no more Free Slices
on my desktop it says “The Cheesecake Factory isn’t available for delivery.” but when I tried from the app it went through with no problem after entering the promo code. Good luck!!

I told my whole office and they order them. Few tips, order on app not computer, don’t click on the promo, type it in and do it as soon as you can. I ordered Mine at 11:15am central time and schedule it for 11:30am to 12pm and received it by 11:40am.
When clicking on the promo many people at my office got a message saying promo not valid. Then they typed it in and it worked!

So it worked for me and I was expecting it at 12:27 pm EST but got it at 1:05 pm; the DoorDash lady said that the Cheesecake Factory was crazy and there were about 30 doordashers there just waiting on orders so please if yours comes late, know that it really isn’t the dashers fault.
Same here. My order took 1 hour 40 minutes to come. Lunch was totally cold. I felt so bad for my driver who spent most of her time just waiting at the restaurant.
This is great! Not quite 11:30am for me here in CA, but in prepping for my order I do see there is a service fee of 10%. Maybe that is just in my state. But for free cheesecake Ill give it a try!

Woohoo! I got mine – yummm, ate half and hid other half in back of fridge! Also got the lunch portion of their Shephers Pie, it’s other half is hiding with the cheesecake.
I ordered at 11:30 and delivery was about 1. I work remotely which means no lunches out, this was an awesome treat, thanks!

Not just the boonies. I don’t live far the beach but there’s not a Cheesecake Factory near me. I was excited about Chick Fil A delivering but they don’t deliver near me either.
I ordered mine at 11:32 AM (4 hours ago) and I’m still waiting! I’m in Houston and I expected it to be busy but this is a little crazy!!!
I ordered mine around 11:30AM, said would delivery by 12:31PM… 1 1/2 hrs later and still not here
Took our driver 2.5 hours. A huge line of delivery people at the store, and very disorganized…but it did finally get here!
Same issue. I ordered at 1130am…figured it would be kinda crazy so requested a 1pm-130pm delivery. Never received an update or notification of the delay. My food got here at 3pm. Poor delivery guy said the line wrapped around the restaurant. I felt so bad for him! I enjoyed my cold fries and will eat my cheesecake for dessert
