Any idea if the big one throws at Kohl’s will go on sale again before Christmas, for under$10? I bought some the other week when they were$6 or $7 each, but looking to buy more.
I went a few weeks ago. The santa looked nothing like him. My 6 year old whispered to me that he was a fake. The “surprise” was an envelope addressed to santa and a fill in the blank letter for santa. I live in California.
Hip2Savers who have done this – What is the FAO Schwartz surprise? I’ve heard a lot of negatives about the Kohl’s Santas, so I am trying to figure out if it is worth taking the kiddos today.
Our Santa in AZ was great!! Sure beat spending $30 at the mall. There was no wait either. The gift is a letter for your child to complete and send to Santa. My 8 year old was very happy. The picture is great, they had a nice backdrop.
No wait at ours either. The Santa was ok. Not the best but my kids didn’t say anything, he was just a little skinny. The gift was a candy cane at ours in Ohio.
We did this a while back in early December and there was no wait. My kids were beyond excited. The santa they had was amazing and spent real time with them. Got some really pictures and special hugs for my ASD son. Thank you Hip2Save for always finding deals and special events like this.
Phoenix AZ- he was nice and no line at all. KIds were excited. I’d call it a successful run 😛
We went today. No line. Santa was fine. He was the first one my daughter didn’t cry with so that was a plus. We got a letter to send to Santa and a mini candy cane.
Ours was a woman in a Santa suit and a very petite one at that, it was a good attempt I guess. hope she brought some joy to the younger kiddos.
Our local Ace hardware had the best Santa and a beautiful backdrop!
