I normally wear a 9.5 but I get a 10 because my feet are wide. I have been wearing Toms for years. Before I had kids, I would get the 9.5. After having two kids my feet have widen a bit so I get the 10. They do stretch a tad after a few wears. These shoes are so comfortable!
