Congratulations! Twins are so fun and my girls are best friends. I used a double snap n go with out infant seats and then switched to a different stroller after they were out of the infant carriers.
I just found this for $30 at my store last night. Even though I just bought a double at Target clearance, I had to pick this up too, even though I wasn’t looking, to see what works best for my two littles.

An older child can sit in the back and an infant seat or infant can sit in the front. Not necessarily for twins because the back is just a little plastic bench seat. Maybe for an infant and a 3-4year old in the back.

They had other stroller deals at my Walmart! They had a Jeep double stroller for only $21 (reg $80), Baby Trend sit n stand double stroller for only $40 (reg $180), and a Baby Trend single jogger stroller for only $25 (reg $100)!! Amazing good prices!!
