Please save yourself the trouble. They do not stand by the warranty. one pair broke within three days at a weld spot. They said would ship new frame. Then the wait and wait and wait. I had to stop my credit card before I got a response from them. Waited 4 weeks for a replacement frame to be shipped (it was in stock they claimed). Never got it so I filed with the credit card I used and got my money back. Spent at least 10 times trying to call, and several emails. Total waste of money. I spent over $150 on the two pairs, so it was not even the really cheap one:(

I also had a bad experience with this company. As stated above, they don’t stand behind their products and the glasses are very cheaply made, the company never inspects or even has the glasses in hand, they ship from a warehouse in China. That’s not a dealbreaker, but how cheap these glasses are and the fact the company does NOT offer refunds, many of the glasses are not actually your prescription and very defective, in order to “prove” the glasses are defective/not the prescription you ordered, you have to pay out of pocket for an eye exam and send them proof from a doctor that you actually need the prescription you ordered, even if you have a recent prescription. It’s usually not worth paying for the doctors visit for them to replace. Also, many of the glasses that do seem to be okay will cause headaches and dizziness. Sorry for the lengthy post, I’ve had horrible experiences and if you look up other reviews, they’re almost all the same, even on their own website.

I have always had fast shipping and quality products from them. I have never had to contact them for a faulty item. Mine seem to last forever no matter how cheap they are.
