We bought a 55 inch westington house 2 years ago and it stopped working. I don’t recomend these TVs to anyone. Their customer service is awful. I bought the tv online and they claimed I needed a in store receipt. I sent them my online confirmation, online manifest and they wouldn’t accept it. It cost us more to get it fixed locally then what the actual tv cost us. Would not recomend this brand to anyone.

That happened to us too!! And it’s true it costs more than what we paid to have it fixed locally. We just ended up buying a new TV but a different brand.
Yep that is what we had to do too. We are currently in the process of buying another TV.

That is crazy. We have a Westinghouse from 2010 and it still works great. We have mostly bought Westinghouse because of that.

The same thing happened to us. The tv never worked for us. It was still under warranty and they said we had to pay $100 to ship tv back to get the $149 back be cause they said they aren’t obligated to pay the tax back. I warn everyone know to not buy Westinghouse. They are a terrible company.
Yep! It’s truly awful. We are currently in the hunt for a new tv.
Off Topic but related to Best Buy, I bought a 32 gb Sandisk micro card with adapter for my camera and it came with 3 free months of YouTube premium music inside the package, plus at the register I got a $25 Shutterfly promo code in my receipt because camera cards trigger it.
