Can someone please explain how to get free shipping by going into the store? Do I have to use the app? Do I have to use my Kohl’s card or can I use a regular credit card? TIA!
I believe you need to use the kiosk that is in the store to get the free shipping. I’ve used the kiosk to look things up but have never placed an order on it so don’t know about the payment methods.
I have done it several times. You use the Kiosk to order, add your codes, pay with gift cards. Even if you are using gift cards to pay, you still have to enter a charge card. It is slow; but, if you need help, just hit the help button and someone should show up quickly. A great way to get free shipping
Of course, you do not have to use a gift card. You can also just pay with a charge card or a Kohl’s card.
