I know in order to get it to enter and to actually get the gc i had to use the browser. Couldnt find the post kn the coke app and no announcement of my gc in the app. Strange..
Is it just me, but I always find it very hard to use their app… to find things, redeem things, I was able to enter my codes, and it said I was entered, but now I can’t find the part where it says I got it, or where I can redeem it. So what do you click on to find it?
When I click rewards it takes me to what they have to offer and where you click to “scan” codes in (this is from clicking through the link)
Hey Kimi! If you look in the top right corner of the page on Coke Rewards there is a little bell, it is the notifications area and where you can click to redeem your reward. I’ll update the post as well with this info!

I got mine! Thank you SOO much for letting us know about this one! I keep a cup full of coke bottle caps with codes, just waiting for when something like this comes along. I plan on using my $2 gift card to combine with some Ibotta deals so I can move my team up in the contest they are having.

How do you redeem it? I can’t find the offer anymore under “rewards”
Mine was there when I clicked on the Rewards icon at the top right hand corner.

I don’t have it. It says I don’t have any unclaimed rewards.
It says I don’t either. I also logged out and now I can’t get it to log me back in. I tried to log into my husband’s account but it just keeps saying processing but won’t log in either.
Mine says no unclaimed rewards too but I did it. ☹️
Make sure to go to the rewards tab and enter the pen give away. You don’t have to waste codes, just scan the ship and scan icon 6 times…it can be same icon for all scans;)!!!

I have not received my reward yet either, says rewards 0 instead of 1. It seems that more people are having the same issue, especially the ones that entered the 4 codes early when it was around 20%. So hopefully we all get our codes in some days when the emails are sent out. I was able to talk to customer rep yesterday that could not find my submission, weird because I feel I wasted 4 codes now, so we’ll see. Will update if I receive it or if anyone else with a similar case like mine with reward 0 now on the site finally gets the reward please let us know, thanks
Like most they do them in waves over five days. Just wait. First wave went out Thursday late, followed by some on Friday.

Didn’t get mine but my husband got his.
I claimed mine the night it finished, but didn’t get the email. Coke resent it. Also CSR told me like most they are sending out in waves over five days so not everyone will have one yet. My son hasn’t gotten his.

Thanks for the reminder! I went and got mine 😊👍. Also maybe post again about the pens. It’s still going but some people didn’t see it or forgot to enter. It’s still like at 30% but it’s so easy to enter that it would be silly not to try.

My husband and I entered our codes on the 17th or 18th, as soon as we found out about them from your newsletter. The system showed that we entered them. I wish we had taken screenshots. They are not showing in either account. I hate this new program that they have.

My family has ten accounts between all my kids and nieces and nephews. Three of us got the reward, the other seven did not. They e-mailed customer service and are waiting for a reply. I hope Coke fixes this. I have a ton of kids who are upset about $2.
Same here. Husband got his but I did not. I’ve done live chat and called. Both claim that I’m the only one with this problem.. LOL

I got an email saying I had the award waiting so I was thinking it was finally on my account since it had been showing the 0 for days when other people had gotten theirs. I checked and still nothing! I emailed Coke so I’m hoping to get it fixed soon 🙁

Same situation, this is even more upsetting because how can they send an email and not the offer. I chatted and was told that they are still sending out offers but it sure seemed like a statement to get rid of me because now there is a limit to redeem the offer that we do not have and it is in 4 days…
The same thing happened to me. I also finally received the email that the reward was ready to be redeemed. When I logged in, there was a message that I had no active rewards. In what universe does Coke think that this is a better program than the previous one? The way I see it, it is only better for Coke!!!!!
I just spoke to someone on the phone and texted via chat. Both said that there’s nothing they can do to help me. I told each that there are many problems that other people are having as well. Each person said that I was the first one with a complaint LOL
Wow this is crazy! I guess I shouldn’t count on an email back or the issue to get resolved. My husband has his own account and he got his no problem a few days ago. I don’t understand what the problem is! I can’t believe they’d say no one else is having issues when lots of people seem to be!!
OK!!! I think I may have finally gotten somewhere with the not getting rewards problem. I just chatted with another agent and she texted this “we are aware of this issue and we are asking that you wait until the end of the week for the prizes to be distributed.” Just for fun I may just talk to another agent and see if I get the same response. LOL
……and this is for $2!!!

Long ago you had a thing that said to put in 6 rewards to get lip balm. I never got it. Now I log in and it says I have no history of any rewards entered. I am so confused since I have saved lids and numbers from packs for so long. Very disappointing.
I got an email yesterday 6/27 that says the lip balm has been shipped – so check spam, you may be getting yours soon! It came from donotreply@mycokerewards.com with the subject “My Coke Rewards – Ship Notification”.
I received the email that I could claim my Target gift card, but when I log in their are no rewards to claim. Says to redeem by June 28, but I cannot because I can’t access the reward. Any suggestions?
They “claim” they know of the issue. They say they are working on it and to keep checking your account. But I will call again if I see nothing by the 28th:

As of 12:56 PM EST, my account is still showing that I have no unclaimed awards. Like many other people, I have been checking for this GC to go into my account all week.

I chatted with them today and they are supposed to let me know in 5-7 days. The rep said they were aware today is the deadline. Sounds like they’re having issues across the board and that someone screwed up sending all those emails without loading the rewards!

Has anyone STILL not gotten their rewards for this? I was able to “claim” it, but never got an email with the code to print it.
I just want to let you guys know my experience. I put codes in for me, my husband and my son. We were each supposed to get $2 target. I didn’t see it when you guys told us to look. On July 25th we all got emails telling us to claim our $2 target credits with a code. When I clicked on the link it took me to the coke site. The coke site said I had no rewards. The same for my husband and son. I called Coke and the guy said he’d put in a complaint for me and apologized. Next I got an email saying the promotion ended July 8th and I was too late. I replied why would you send an email to claim my reward more than 2 weeks after it ended? To that I got the same reply (too late). I then wrote back in caps why didn’t they read my email? I want an explanation. As expected, same reply. I just called again (I know, too much effort over $2 (x3) but it’s the principle) and explained and she said the same thing all kinds of apologetic. I said to her please explain why they sent out those emails after the date. She didn’t do anything but apologize. I asked her if there was any kind of compensation, she said no. I hate this website/app. Hard to navigate, and now this. You would think a company like Coke could appease those of us that they screwed with a free coupon or something. I said to her, if this happened to 3 in my family I’m sure it happened to many others. She, of course, had no answer.
