Agree. No way I’ll ship chocolate to PA in July. We live 30 minutes away from Chocolate World.
The Kit Kat was $10.33 for me & it said it ships with cold packs. One time I ordered chocolate candy & it arrived melted. I immediately reported it with no problems & they immediately sent me a replacement (that was not melted).
