How do Bonus Rewards work?

I ordered 4 k cups . When I ordered I made sure there was a red banner over the k cups I wanted Now office depot says 2 were not with the rewards The variety is full cost so it is going back. there was one on backorder so I canceled it. I wish I could see that on line for rewards again . This is the second time Office Depot has done this to me so I will be copying everything before I order from now on. It is over now but they have batteries and k cups about once a month.
