I’ve only made 2 recipes in this and I’m astonished already! It cooks rice in 2 minutes, potatoes in 6 minutes, chicken in 5 minutes, and a whole roast in under an hour!!! The best part is when I’m done I only have ONE pot to clean!!!!! I won’t be using my stove or crockpot for a while!

I didn’t think I needed one of these but wow does it make life easier! I have used it as a steamer and a slow cooker so far and it works great with minimum effort. There are so many uses and settings for this thing that it’s going to take a few meals to use every function it offers. I really like the programmable feature so I can put food on, forget it, go about my day and then have an entrée ready.

I would recommend new users to follow the initial procedure of using 3 cups of water and 2 minutes of high pressure cooking in order to get familiar with this cooker. Also, it can take more than 3 minutes to reach the desired pressure before timer starts counting down. So remember to factor this timing in your cooking.
