I got my order through at that price. Then they cancelled my order! When I went back in to order it again, the price increased. Everything about it seemed sketchy.

If you’re referring to the free shipping threshold, I do see the $29 minimum there. Otherwise, shipping appears to be $2.99, which still makes it under $4 shipped. Hoping that helps!
