I bought these because of the reviews and the price so I expected a good value and have not been disappointed.
The feel and the quality of these are well beyond the pricing. They are a step above. I cook a lot and have used many higher-priced knives and these compare to them. Get yourself a set and you won’t be disappointed!
I ordered these for my wife with moderate expectations. After almost a year we both have concluded that this was a very good purchase. The handles are solid, the blades appear to be full tang and hold an edge fairly well. Unlike some other sets that have harder carbon steel, these knives do not rust or water spot. I do sharpen the knives about every other time I use them but that’s me being picky as I like a very sharp blade. I’d definitely buy these again.
