I recently had total knee replacement surgery, and the PT used cupping on the tissue surrounding my knee (not on it!). It’s nothing complicated, so I decided to cup on my own. This cupping set makes it easy and effective. Just place the cup on the area to be cupped and press the button. That’s about it. I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks now, and I am certainly feeling relief from the surgery. Not sure how much cupping is contributing to the recovery, but even if it helps a little bit, that’s what I’m looking for. Once I’m back to running again, I look forward to using the cupping set to help with recovery from my harder workouts. I can confidently recommend this cupping set.
