It seems that Giftory customer support is poor. I cannot reach them by email or phone. I purchased the deal as a Christmas gift for my son. When he attempted to redeem the offer with the order code it stated that he needed a voucher code that was supposedly sent to me by email. I never received it. Since 12/28/25 I made 3 attempts to rectify this issue. An initial email was sent to me stating that the company was too busy to fix my problem. It was promised that they would get back to me in 5 to 7 days. I’m still waiting. NOT A GOOD DEAL!
Very sorry for any issues with this offer. Such a bummer, as we’ve had other readers and team members snag this deal multiple times without trouble redeeming. You might double-check your order confirmation emails from them for any links to redeem. Here’s the wording found on the Giftory deal – ” Before going to the theater, you must redeem your voucher through Giftory to receive your AMC Theatres tickets via email.” If you’re not spotting it there, you might scroll down to the bottom to click on ‘Help & Support’ and then wait for the page to fully load to see a chat icon pop-up in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen to speak with a live customer service representative. I’ve used the chat feature many times myself for questions. Hoping this is helpful and they’re able to get it sorted out for you quickly!
