Yes! ❤️ To contact Giftory, you can click here, then scroll down to the bottom under ‘Company Info’ to find “Help & Support” to click on. From there, a chat bubble icon should pop up (may take a few seconds) in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen to chat with customer service. I’ve found that to be the quickest way to get in touch, though they also have an email contact form at the bottom of that same main page linked above, or you can call them at (202) 719-0385.
What’s the difference between the yellow and the black experience?
Good question, Desiree! The difference is the location the tickets are valid for. If you live in CA, NY, & NJ, you’ll grab the black tickets, as those are excluded in the yellow tickets.
I live in Illinois. Does the yellow ticket apply to all amc theaters!

My local theater does $5 Tues every week, even new releases. No coupons needed. I believe Regal does the same.
