Monthly credits towards the new phone will start within 3 bills after the trade-in is complete, and you will also receive catch-up credits once bill credits start.

Do you like upgrading your phone often?
Consider adding Next Up Anytime to your plan for just $10/mo. if you like to upgrade your phone often. You can upgrade anytime after your first payment to get a new phone every year or sooner. Plus, you’ll access early upgrade offers after 1/3 of your current phone is paid off.
*Note that if you cancel the wireless service, the monthly trade-in credits will stop, and you’ll owe the remaining balance on the installment agreement for the device purchased. For new lines, if you cancel service on any other line on your account within 90 days of activating the line under this offer, device credits will also stop. For those looking, I would not recommend ATT. They were expensive and although everything was great service wise with the phone – all these promos would randomly get dropped off our bill every few months. We constantly had to contact customer service (a huge pain that involved at least an hour long conversation (or online chat)) multiple times to reinstate these credits. Thankfully my husband was tracking them bc some of the credits were small and I wouldn’t have noticed they stopped after 8 months even though they were three year credits. (We have a large family so multiple phones and watches with service) Anyway, I would not recommend.
Sorry to hear the credits were a pain to keep track of. Glad customer service was able to help! Thanks for sharing your experience. We sure appreciate the honest feedback. ❤️
I didn’t see any unlimited plans for $65.99 and couldn’t get this code to work.
SO sorry for any confusion. ❤️We are still seeing that plan available for that price. These may be location based. We found the offer to apply automatically without having to add the code. Hope this helps!🤗
This supposed a deal is costing me $150 more per month. I’m so sad that I switched from T-Mobile because I will never get the price that I had with them again. I was paying $35 a line including taxes on a Magenta 55+ plan with T-Mobile. I had 4 lines and it was $140 a month total. I could kick myself. Last month’s AT&T bill was $295.38 for 4 lines.
So sorry, Dawn. Have you been able to reach out to customer service to confirm your billing? Hoping they may be able to help!
Yes, they confirmed the amount. Now I am stuck. It took 4 months for the bill settle down after activation fees, taxes on the new phones, trade-in credits, etc. The first bill was over $600 and they warned us the first would be high.
Darn! Thanks for sharing your experience and that comparison to your previous monthly bill.
