I randomly bought a Beautiful 8-qt with ceramic lid over a year ago because it was on sale. It’s turned into my FAVORITE pot! I’m always shocked at how non-stick it really is, and I’ve never had a burning or sticking incident with it. Everything slides right off. I recently bought the roaster pan because I’m tired of cleaning chicken and veggies off of baking sheets! Just FYI for anyone looking at these two pot sets – the glass lids are oven safe up to 350, and ceramic is 500. Ceramic is the way to go, in my opinion!
