I’ve used this product for the last few weeks as a “dietary supplement” to help me naturally feel more full and improve my mood, overall health and energy. In the past, I’d often snack a lot in between meals and because of that, I had put on a bit of weight, but now I find that after eating bee pollen (whether in a smoothie, applesauce or even on its own) I actually feel satisfied, full and haven’t been snacking like I used to. I’ve not only lost weight, but I actually have a lot more energy and my immune system seems to have improved significantly, too!
