I have a red dye allergy so I can’t take the pink pill form of Benadryl. I love this dye-free option. I take one 25mg pill at night before going to bed and I’m able to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep throughout the night. I also am less reactive to allergens. There is no flavor and I have never experienced any stomach issues related to taking this medication. My only complaint is that the package is really challenging to open. I wish that it came in a more easy-to-access container.
These Benedryl are very good and work quickly because the liquid gels break down quickly and help stop whatever allergy or allergy reaction you might be suffering from.
