What is a Walgreens Booster Coupon?
Be sure to check your Walgreens coupons for Booster coupons. Some accounts have one that offers $20 in Walgreens Cash when you spend $40, $10 when you spend $25, $5 when you spend $15, or $10 in Walgreens Cash when you spend $1. Keep in mind you’ll need to clip the coupon BEFORE shopping to take advantage of these savings, and these offers can vary by account.
If you’re not receiving the weekly booster coupons, be sure to check your emails from Walgreens. I often have the booster in an email, but it does not show on my account until I click through the email!
Our Best Tips & Tricks When Shopping at Walgreens:
If you’re placing multiple orders this week, try to place the first order to score Walgreens Cash Rewards or Register Rewards, then use those rewards on another order to lower the cost of your second transaction and score some freebies!
Walgreens Cash Rewards can be used in increments of $1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $10, $20, and $50.
You can easily save Walgreens digital coupons to your account by clipping the coupon right on the product page of the item. Plus, if you forget to clip a coupon, Walgreens makes it easy and tells you one is available right next to the product at checkout. Walgreens’ digital coupon offers can vary widely by user, so your values may be a little different.
Keep in mind that there’s a $10 minimum pickup order BEFORE Walgreens digital coupons are applied.
Hip Tip from Collin: Having issues placing an order online? Try the Walgreens app! We often have an easier time navigating the app for placing orders. Plus, if you place an order and parts of your order are canceled, they’ll still honor the sale prices on whatever is fulfilled.
Can we use wags cash on wags cash deals and still receive the wags cash?

Amanda, Walgreens has two types of deals. Watch for the exact wording of the ad or in the app if an online deal. If it is a “Buy” deal ( example Buy two Crest toothpastes earn $5 Walgreens cash) use Walgreens cash and earn back WC with no worries. Now if it is a “dollar threshold “ deal (example spend $25 on Nivea lotion earn back $10 in WC) you must carefully calculate how much Walgreens will credit that you have actually spent. NEVER rely on the estimated cash Walgreens will give you in the app. There are two things that count towards your spend total. Manufacturer’s coupons and your actual out of pocket payment. Paying with Walgreens cash acts as a discount and subtracts from the amount Walgreens will consider you have spent. So on the Nivea example above if you bought $25 of Nivea and used $5 WC then no you would not earn back additional WC. However if you bought $30 of Nivea and used $5 WC to buy then yes you would earn back WC. The trick is that manufacturers coupons count towards your spend totals so use as many manufacturers coupons (not Walgreens coupons) as you can. That’s the very basic outline to start with.
Do you do all your deals online? I’m not sure how to put the promo code in when you’re at the register.
Hi there! The codes above need applied online or in your app. The coupons can be “clipped” when logged into your account online or in the app. Hoping that helps! ❤️🤗
the math is very wrong on this. the $55 already includes bogo pricing, so total paid is $29 not $23.
I did have a question though about in store reward deals.
If i did this deal and then wanted to go in and buy some toothpaste that has in store rewards, I can purchase that with cash rewards, right?
Thanks for the heads up, Beth! We’ll take a look at this again. 😊 For a quantity-purchase promotion, such as “Buy 2, Get $5 Walgreens Cash,” you can redeem and earn Walgreens Cash in the same transaction. On a threshold-purchase promotion, such as “Spend $, Get $ Walgreens Cash,” you cannot redeem and earn Walgreens cash in the same transaction. Hoping this helps. 💞
I am only getting $10.55 in WC. I don’t know which coupon is not applied. I have both clipped. Any ideas?

My best guess is that you have something in the cart that is not eligible for the beauty coupon. With Walgreens it is always select varieties. Go back through each item in your cart and make sure each item has “ earn $10 Walgreens cash rewards on…” listed as an offer. Don’t use Walgreens cash to pay since this is a dollar threshold deal. I hope this solves the problem.

Rae, I took another look and the deal as written is $2 short of meeting the $30 spend requirement on beauty items. I suggest buying the $11 SheaMoisture shampoo and conditioner. Or if you want the $10 SheaMoisture throw in a Walgreens beauty sponge or a $3.49 Q-tip with a $1 Walgreens digitals. Best wishes.
So sorry for the issues. We’ll look through this once more as it seems to be tricky to grab all of these offers together!
