So it looks like I have to buy a blink Mini 2 camera in order for the doorbell to ring in my home if I don’t have wiring. I don’t carry my phone all the time in my home so it looks like I wouldn’t know that my doorbell would be ringing?? That’s an additional $40 I think? Thanks for the deal but I think with subscription it could get pricey. I got excited at first

I don’t know how this works because I haven’t looked into ring doorbells yet. When I was reading about it it said you can wire it into your existing doorbell to ring but then you’d have to get blink Mini 2 to let it ring?? Or does it ring from the echo pop?? I want to hear a doorbell not hear from my phone. I would assume the echo would ring?

If you prefer to have the video option to see who’s at the door, you’d need to use your phone app or purchase the Blink Mini 2 to have in your home.
