I am very fair-skinned and live in a town where one of the most popular summer pastimes is floating the river, which I was never able to do because I’d sunburn for sure. This has been a lifesaver! I can float with my friends and enjoy the cool water, but still stay shaded, and my sun-loving friends have lots of room to join me! This is a bit large, but I don’t mind. I bring a light paddle to push off and steer when I need to. I did reinforce the bottom of mine with a durable coating to protect it from rocks and branches, but that wouldn’t be necessary for pool use. I love this thing!

The floating mattress is very comfortable. It arrived in a heavily damaged box, I totally expected it to have holes. But it turned out fine. It takes a lot of effort to blow it up, I recommend getting a cheap universal pump. The cup holders are a nice touch, no more spilling drinks. Overall, it is very nice and relaxing.
