The smoker arrived without any dents or problems. Assembly only took about 15 minutes and was quite easy to complete. The temperature controller works well. I have used it over half a dozen times so far and the smoker performed as expected without any incidents. I have smoked chicken, pork, and beef for jerky.
I’m surprised how long the smoke lasts – over an hour and a half. FYI: I always soak the wood chips for an hour or so prior to use. The smoker is insulated so once the smoker is up to temperature the power use is minimal. This is easy to see since when the heater is heating the controller displays an amber arrow. I’d recommend this smoker.
