I was skeptical that a cordless would have enough power. This handheld immersion blender charges quickly and has plenty of power. I love that I can take it to the sink and run it in hot soapy water to clean it without the hassle of a cord! Great value for the price.
This cordless immersion blender is very simple to use. It works by the amount of pressure you put on the button, the more pressure you apply the faster it will blend. Cleaning it is very easy as well as the blending part can be unattached and put in the dishwasher or cleaned by hand, but if you do it by hand be mindful of the blade as it’s very sharp. I like it as it’s easier to clean and store than a big clunky blender.
