I tried it multiple times with no success. Kept saying I needed to add an appetizer even though I had added one to the offer.

It’s done the same thing for me for the last 2 hours. (Ugh) It’s funny because I’ve tried different browsers on the computer and also tried the app itself. When I remove the promo code, then it allows me to order. Yep, pretty click Chili’s!
Darn! Sorry for the issues, Naomi. You might check that the entree is not part of another special; as there seems to be limitations to the offer. I just tested and still see the offer applying on my end. Hoping you’re able to get it to work soon online, or mention in-restaurant for your freebie. 🤞💕
I realized it doesn’t work if you do the triple dipper as the appetizer.
I’m seeing that on my end too when testing that one, Anne. I’e added a note on this to the post. Thanks for the heads up on what option may be an exclusion.
