I have bad allergies and my husband suffers from asthma and every night our sinuses are stuffed up and we snore so loud it wakes the other or they are so stuffed we can’t sleep. We left it on high until we went to sleep then put it in sleep mode (more quiet than my ceiling fan) and I didn’t have a super stuffy nose all night and he only light snored. Absolutely amazing!
