Coffee Mate is jumping on a recent TikTok trend that took social media by storm: the “dirty soda.”
The company just announced the release of its new Coffee Mate Dirty Soda Coconut Lime Flavored Creamer which hits shelves this month!
This interesting new creamer isn’t for your coffee. It was specifically made to mix with Dr. Pepper so you can create your very own dirty soda at home!
What is a dirty soda?
A dirty soda features your favorite carbonated beverage, a helping of cream, and sometimes fruit or flavored syrups. Think Coke or root beer floats without the ice cream.
One fan on social media said the new creamer tasted “just like the ones at Sonic.” Sonic makes their dirty sodas with coconut, cream, and lime which are the main ingredients in the new Coffee Mate creamer.

Yup it’s called a Shandy. My parents used to make theirs with Coke all the time when we were kids, it’s a European thing.

My soda already has enough sugar in it, thank you. Plus the cost keeps going up, so even if I tried it and liked it, it’d probably be once in a blue moon kind of thing.
