Pretty impressive toothbrush! This toothbrush comes with the brush handle and 4 brush heads. 2 brush heads are for daily use and 2 brush heads are for sensitive gums. My husband used the daily brush head on cleaning mode for the first use. It’s obviously a sonic cleaning toothbrush that makes sounds but it’s an almost quiet hum compared to the name brand he has been using. The entire machine and heads look to be quality made. Husband said his teeth felt clean and they looked great just like the big name brand toothbrush. Pretty awesome sonic toothbrush with a great price.
