I have the round one and I really like it. I have only made PB&J sandwiches. There is a learning curve to it, but it is pretty easy.
Make the PB&J by putting PB on both pieces of bread. Then put the jelly on one of the slices. Resist the temptation to overfill.
Put both slices together to form the sandwich. Cut with the round piece to make your circle and hold your round piece there. Pull the sides off.
Push the crimping piece down. (You still have the circle piece there; it is fitting around it.)
I want to try to do a whole loaf and freeze them, but I have only made them just before someone eats them. I would think they would freeze well just like the Uncrustables do.
